Labour Day Weekend has come and gone and the changing of the season is in the air. How is it that Mother Nature knows that after Labour Day, it's time for the weather to turn cool and time to get out your warmer clothing.
During this past summer, we made three trips up to the Great White North due to my Father having been extremely ill and confined in the Hospital at St. Jean sur Richelieu. He is recuperating very slowly. As the season changes, I fear that his chances for survial are also changing for the worse.
Today, I needed a change of venue so as to maintain my sanity. My old friend...the canal along the Richelieu River offered some distraction and condolence.
The following shots are of some Canadian Yummies who took my mind off of what lies ahead.
