Every New Year in Philadelphia, we experience an event unique in its Quackery, Revelry, Flamboyance and outright Hilarity second to none other than Mardi Gras with the Mummer's Parade! Webster's Dictionary defines mummer as: "one who acts in a dumb show;" hence, the title of this feature.
